Mobile Notary Services

State Mandated Notary Fees We strictly adhere to the standard maximum fees set by the State of Texas for all notarial acts.

  • Acknowledgments & Jurats: $10 per signature.

  • Oaths or Affirmations: $10 per individual.

  • Certified Copies: $10 per certificate.

Mobile Travel & Convenience Fees To keep things efficient for your business, we travel directly to your office, home, or preferred location. Mobile fees are charged in addition to the state mandated signature fees and will always be confirmed prior to our appointment.

  • Standard Tarrant County Travel Fee: $50 flat rate.

  • After Hours or Rush Travel Fee: $100 flat rate for evenings, weekends, or immediate dispatch.

  • Location Access: We provide notarizations at professional offices, healthcare facilities, and private residences.
