Mobile Notary Fees

Texas law sets a maximum fee for the notarial act itself. Travel is billed separately, as required by Texas notary regulations.

Notarial acts (per Texas Government Code § 406.024)

  • Acknowledgment — $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature

  • Oath or affirmation — $10

  • Certificate under seal — $1

Travel fee

  • $50 minimum, covering travel within 20 miles of 76179
